24 Jan We had air fried chicken wings. Earlier they are marinated with five-spice powder, black soya sauce and honey. For the potato chips, they are sliced, seasoned with salt and air fried too. The noodles we had boiled them earlier and pan fried the omelet egg. We had craft beer to compliment the dinner. On the 24th, we are having a birthday celebration. The salmon was marinated with salt and bits of parsley. Then it was pan fried. Cooked spaghetti with minced meat and prawns. Air fried a small piece of lobster for 7 minutes at 200 degrees C. The lobster was coated with melted butter, parsley and lime, not forgetting it was laced with salt and pepper. And we boiled broccoli of course and adorned with blue berries. The spaghetti was delicious. As for the salmon, was flavourful and the lobster was sweet and delicate. It was a terrific dinner. We had an enjoyable evening. Hope you guys learn to cook.
