31 Jan My breakfast was eggs, har gao (prawn dumpling), chee yuk foo jook (dried bean curd meat dumpling) and cha siu bao (barbecue pork filled bun). The har gao was fine where as the foo jook were crispy and savoury and the bao tasted sweet and meaty. During tea time, I had coffee and curry puff. I air fried the curry puff and it was crispy and delectable. That filled half of my stomach. As for dinner, I cooked salmon and omelet with chives. My partner prepared noodles, fried bacon, meat balls and dumplings. The dinner was splendid and we ate with relish. After dinner we settle for a cup of hot green tea and watched TV. Stay positive in life. Stay safe. Stay healthy. Have a nice week ahead.
