07 Feb I cooked curry chicken with lady fingers. It was spicy and palatable. Then we stir fried omelet, tau miu (sweet pea sprout), tung choy (preserve vegetables), lady fingers and minced meat. It was good tasting and was a great lunch. For dinner we air fried nam yue yuk (nam yue pork belly). My partner marinated the pork belly with five spice powder, nam yue, a bit of sugar and white pepper. Left it overnight in the fridge the night before. It tasted fantastic. We also air fried marinated chicken wings with sliced apple and some tau miu (sweet pea sprout) and egg. After dinner we had fruits for dessert. We ate black grapes, peaches, passion fruits and mini tangerines. Sunday morning and evening passed with good day of eating and chatting.
