Having seated, the waiter handed to us the menus. After browsing through the impressive menu, we decided to go for their set menus. I ordered 'Seafood and Salted Fish Fried Rice Set' and my partner said that she wanted the 'Hot Basil Minced Chicken with Fried Egg Set'.
After 5 to 10 minutes our orders came. My set came with a drink, cold tasted like Pandan with Ginger, and it’s slightly sweet. The side dish, a mixed salad (thinly sliced papaya, carrot and radish) topped with a coriander leaf. It was garnished with vinegar.
I ate the Salted Fish Fried Rice and it was savoury, flavourful and slightly salty due to a small piece of salted fish given mixed on top of the fried rice. The prawns were fresh and succulent.
My partner had the Hot Basil Minced Chicken. It was flavoursome and savoury, of course, blends well with the sunny side up fried egg. It also comes with the same drink and side dish as I had.
The price of the food was reasonable. We paid about RM 36 for both including tax and service. It was a satisfying lunch.
