As for breakfast, I pan fried an egg, chicken burger, made purple cabbage salad and air fried few pieces of bread. I placed two slices of burger, cabbage salad, two slices of cheese and sunny side egg in between pieces of bread. Yum, it tasted good.

Coming to lunch time, I cooked tom yam mee hon. Added cut slices of ladies fingers, fish balls and pieces of tofu to the concoction. It tasted superb and I ate with relish.

As the day grew darker, dinner was nigh and I was pondering what to eat. Yes, I shall cook steak. Once cooked I garnished the pan fried Australian steak with purple cabbage salad and pickled Japanese cucumber. To go with my dinner I made a drink. It was a chilled Wincarnis tonic wine with mint leaves. A great combination. It was a sumptous dinner.

A great day of cooking. After dinner, I wind down for the night with a hot cup of coffee and read a good book.
