01 Jan We celebrated the New Year, falls on a Friday, with fettuccini minced meat and carrot with tomato pasta sauce, giant pork sausages and pan fried salmon fish cooked with perfection. All is good and tasty. For the weekend we had a variety of food. We prepared air fried roast chicken drumstick with cherry tomatoes and toasted goa pao (Chinese toast buns), roasted chicken wings and breast meat, air fried giant calamari rings, stir fry prawns and hard boiled eggs with air fried toast garlic butter bread. They were great food to chaw down and we were feeling satiated. Have a great and fabulous New Year ahead. Happy 2021...cheers...
