Restaurant Soon Soon Lai

Chee Cheong Fun stall   Claypot Mee with Ginger Wine stall

The restaurant was crowded with people mostly senior citizens. They liked to go for breakfast after their morning exercise or walk in the park nearby.

A variety of noodles stall

There are individual hawker stalls in this coffee shop. There are stalls selling wan ton mee, chicken rice, chee cheong fun with yong tau foo, western food, pork noodles, prawn noodles, rojak, tofu bakar, hong kong chee cheong fun and etc.

Wan Ton Mee

My partner ordered char siew wan ton mee (bbq pork and dumplings noodles) and I requested for Cantonese Fried Mee Sua. As for drinks we called for kopi c (carnation milk coffee).

Cantonese Fried Mee Sua

The char siew wan ton mee was good. The noodles were smooth and chewy. The char siew was lean not much fat. The won tan was soft and savoury.

Porriage and Noodles

As for my noodles it was savoury, the pork slice melts in your mouth and the prawn, fish and slice of cuttle fish was palatable.

Before I forget, the coffee was very good.

The whole meal costed about RM20.
